Frequently asked questionsDo you do HYATT OR ARAG LEGAL INSURANCE cases and Is there a charge for an initial consultation?
If you have HYATT OR ARAG legal insurance, or if you don't there is no charge to you for an initial consultation. After that, if you require legal services, you will have all services and charges relating thereto set out in a Fee Agreement, written in clear understandable language. It will set out the extent of legal representation, and all costs & expenses, plus fees payable to the attorney. If Hyatt or Arag doesn't cover part of a service, and you hire me, your written agreement will tell you what is covered and what is not.
I had problems contacting my last attorney, are you available when I call?
I answer many phone calls myself on the 2nd-3rd ring. If you leave a voice mail message, your call will be returned within 2-3 business hours. Your call - or email - is important to me, your trust in me is nurtured by careful attention to all client contacts. So just leave a number and know your call will be returned.

I practice In the State and Federal Courts in central Ohio, which means Franklin & Delaware counties. I take VISA & MASTERCARD cards.
